- Why is "AI prompt runs" the metered unit?
- It's the cost driver. Every prompt run hits an AI engine — real or mock — and stores a tracked answer. Other modules are unmetered on Pro and above.
- Can I bring my own OpenAI / Anthropic key?
- Yes, on Team and above. Keys live in workspace settings, encrypted at rest. Your runs hit your account; we never proxy.
- Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
- Yes — registered nonprofits and community directories get 50% off Pro and Team. Email apache3corp@gmail.com.
- Refunds?
- Annual plans: pro-rated refund within 30 days. Monthly: cancel any time, no refund on the current period.
